Return & Refund Policy for NuviMask

This Return & Refund Policy ("Policy") applies to all purchases made from NuviMask ("Company," "we," "our," or "us") via www.nuvimask.com and related services (collectively, the "Services"). By placing an order, you agree to this Policy.


1. 60-Day Return Window

We offer a 60-day return period starting from the confirmed delivery date.

To qualify:

  • A return request must be submitted within 60 days
  • Items must be returned in acceptable condition (see Section 4)
  • You must follow our return authorization process

We reserve full discretion to approve or deny any return.


2. Return Authorization Required

All returns require prior approval.

Returns sent without authorization may be refused or not refunded.


3. Customer Responsibility for Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • We do not provide prepaid labels
  • We strongly recommend tracked shipping

NuviMask is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged return shipments.


4. Condition Requirements (Very Important)

Returned items must:

  • Not be excessively used, damaged, or altered
  • Include all original components
  • Be in hygienic condition

Hygiene & Safety Clause

Due to the nature of personal-use skincare devices:

  • Items showing signs of heavy use, contamination, or improper handling may be rejected or partially refunded
  • We reserve the right to determine acceptable condition at our sole discretion

5. Partial Refunds & Restocking

We reserve the right to issue partial refunds in cases including but not limited to:

  • Visible use or wear
  • Missing packaging or accessories
  • Opened or used products

Restocking Fee

A restocking fee of up to 20% may be applied to returned items to cover handling, inspection, and processing costs.


6. Refund Process

  • Returns are inspected upon receipt
  • Approval is determined at our sole discretion
  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method

Processing Time

  • 5–10 business days after approval
  • Additional time may be required by your payment provider

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

8. Non-Returnable Items

12. Chargebacks & Disputes

You agree to contact us before filing a chargeback.

Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may:

  • Result in denial of claims

13. Liability Limitation

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase price paid.

Failure to follow return instructions may result in:

15. International Returns (Important)

NuviMask operates through a global fulfillment network.

Approved returns may be required to be shipped to our European fulfillment center.

Customers are responsible for:

  • International return shipping costs
